Mickey Moore, Founder

Philosophy

Training for life means embracing change — because life itself is always evolving.

Our approach to fitness is not a sprint or a marathon, but a continuous journey of growth and adaptation. Whether you’re building athletic performance or maintaining everyday function, movement is essential. Without balanced cross-training, repetitive patterns can lead to pain, loss of mobility, and misalignment.

As we age, our training naturally returns to its foundation: functional movement. When you think you’re done training for one thing —

Train Moore — because life never stops moving.

Meet Coach Mickey Moore

A lifelong athlete and U.S. Navy Veteran, Mickey Moore turned personal adversity into purpose. After being diagnosed with PTSD and depression, she dedicated her life to understanding the body, mind, and movement. Through Train Moore, Mickey empowers others to build strength from the inside out — blending science, sport, and soul to help every body move better, heal deeply, and perform at their best.
